Fiordland Cinema | ||
Winner Gold Registered Master Builders Award under $2m Commercial 2005

This boutique cinema in Wanaka covers its entire site and is enclosed in plain precast concrete wall panels on 3 sides with Natural Aluminium and glass fontage giving the building a stylish sophistocated Aura |

RSA - Gore | ||
This extensive renovation won the registered Master Builders Commercial Award in 2005 in the under $2 million category. This project was staged to enable the facility to remain open during renovations.

D.O.C. Trampers Huts - Fiordland | ||
A number of trampers hut renovations and rebuilds have been undertaken over the years. They require a team that can work in 'difficult unpredictable conditions' to meet deadlines and budgets.

The first was Clinton Forks in 1997, French Ridge in 1999, Hunp Ridge track hut complex followed by Meuller Hut in 2002, Plateau Hut in 2004, brewster Hut in 2006, with the most current McKinnon Pass Hut in 2010. |

Gore Multisports Complex | ||

The Moth - Restaurant | ||
This project was a substantial renovation taking a derilect hotel at Mandaville near Gore and refurbishing it to become an attractive Restaurant. This building work was done in 1997 in keeping with the age of the building.
This won the 1997 Registered Master Builders Award for renovation locally.

The Thomas Green Restaurant, Gore | ||
The Thomas Green Restaurant was created from just two original walls into a modern replica of the original 1900's building. The building has won the 2012 Best New Restaurant/Bar in the Hospitality NZ Awards for Excellence and received a Bronze Award in the NZ Commercial Projects Awards |
